How do I reset my test data?

Resetting your test data is useful if you were trying out Zentester with friends or colleagues and now wish to test with real visitors. Resetting your test data will not delete any sections, variations or goals. It will only reset your views, conversions and any heatmaps or videos you have gathered for the test.

If you wish to completely delete a test and all the sections / variations / goals please click here.

To reset your test data first navigate to your test and click the configure button up the top.

On this configure page scroll to the bottom and click the "Reset Test" button.

Your test data is now reset, if any visitors that previously came to the page before the reset come back they will record a new view and new conversions (if they see any goals) and may see a different variation of the page than what they saw previously.
